The Wingmen South Atlanta speaker for October is Mr. Ben Stover. Ben was born in Columbus, Ohio but his family moved to Houston, Texas when he was a toddler. He was raised there in a Christian home by loving parents along with his younger sister and older brother. Ben married his high school sweetheart Amanda in 1999 at the age of 22. Shortly after, in September of 2000, his married relationship was broken and he moved to Atlanta, Georgia. It was there that he began his journey with Chick-fil-A. After working under a mentor for a few years Ben decided to pursue becoming a Chick-fil-a owner/operator. This led Ben to go back and complete his Bachelor degree in Business Management. In 2008, Ben was selected to operate his first restaurant in the border town of McAllen, Texas. Ben had great success in McAllen and moved in January of 2016 to San Antonio, Texas where he opened a new Chick-Fil-A there in the hill country of Texas.
Like everyone, Ben’s journey has been filled with tragedy, good times, grace, and tough love. Through it all, Ben has always tried to rely on his relationship with Jesus Christ to guide and direct him. As a result, God restored his broken marriage and he and his wife Amanda have been blessed with four children; Tyler, Luke, Jake and Katie and they continue to Serve God in their community. Ben will be speaking on “Leaning on your Faith when all Hell breaks Loose”.
